Isabella values therapy as a reflective process, grounded in connection, curiosity, and understanding. She guides clients to develop insight and practical skills using CBT, ACT, and Motivational Interviewing. Isabella works alongside children, adolescents, and adults, with experience across school settings, public health services, and the drug and alcohol sector. She has a particular interest in trauma, anxiety, and assisting individuals facing high expectations or significant life changes.

Eliza Newton
Clinical Psychologist BPsych (Hons), MClinPsych, MAPS
Eliza believes therapy should be a space where you can think and talk about anything – free from restriction or fear. She provides a calm, thoughtful environment for exploration and growth, with a particular interest in childhood trauma, Complex PTSD, and supporting ADHDers. Her work integrates a psychodynamic approach to help clients understand how past experiences shape their present, while also using ACT, CBT, and Schema Therapy techniques to support practical, here-and-now solutions.

Cynthia (Cindy) Wang

Cindy brings a warm, collaborative, and culturally informed approach to therapy. She has experience working with trauma, eating disorders, Schizophrenia, and bipolar disorder, and draws on a range of modalities such as EMDR, REBT, CBT-E, CBT, ACT, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness-based therapy. She works flexibly to meet each client’s needs, supporting adults with cPTSD, ADHD, Autism, anxiety, depression, and other complex mental health conditions.

Paula Garcia

Paula’s style is warm, collaborative, and adaptable; she’ll work with you to identify what’s holding you back and find practical ways to overcome those barriers using approaches such as CBT, ACT and Psychodynamic Therapy. With experience across all life stages (including children/infants), she has expertise in Autism, ADHD, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, trauma and family challenges. She also provides tailored support for migrants and culturally diverse individuals facing adjustment and identity issues.

Zahra’s approach is integrative and client-centred, combining CBT, DBT, ACT, solution-oriented therapy, Schema therapy, narratives therapy and Trauma-informed care.

Timothy is passionate about guiding clients through their mental health struggles by collaboratively exploring their history and current experiences. He has a special interest in emotional, interpersonal, and psychological concerns, including anxiety, ADHD, autism, and depression. Timothy draws on approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and psychodynamic therapy to help clients navigate life transitions and improve their mental health.
Tristen Hatch

Tristen takes a client-centred approach, ensuring that each individual is the expert of their own life and the driver of their treatment goals. She has experience working with clients of all ages and has a focused interest in supporting those with anxiety, self-esteem issues, depression, and body image concerns. Tristen utilises evidence-based therapies like CBT, ACT, and mindfulness to assist clients in overcoming challenges and building resilience.
Liz Williams
Clinical Psychologist / Clinical Lead BPsych (Hons), MClinPsych
Liz is passionate about building therapeutic relationships based on trust and collaboration. She has worked with a wide range of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and personality disorders. Liz has completed extensive training in EMDR, including with dissociation, attachment injuries, and integrating IFS with EMDR. She is also trained in DBT, ERP for OCD, CBT, and Schema therapy.
Victoria (Viki) Quigg

Viki believes in empowering clients to set their own goals and be the creators of their positive outcomes. With extensive experience in treating trauma, including PTSD, Complex PTSD, and Dissociative Disorders, Viki integrates a variety of therapeutic approaches, including EMDR and Clinical Hypnosis. Her authenticity and commitment to building real, honest relationships with clients are the foundation of her practice.
