How to Book Your Appointment

Choose Your Psychologist

Book Online Through Halaxy

Once you’ve selected your service and psychologist, you can book your appointment online via our secure Halaxy system. Simply click the button below to access our booking platform, choose your preferred time, and provide any necessary details.

We offer a variety of appointment types to fit your needs and schedule:

In-Person Appointments

Visit us at our Charlestown clinic, located at Suite 1/45 Pearson Street. Our clinic is easily accessible, with free parking available nearby and public transport options close by.

Telehealth Appointments
Access therapy from the comfort of your own home with our secure, confidential Telehealth services. Telehealth is available to clients across Australia, offering flexibility and convenience.

Payment Information

We accept a range of payment options and referrals, including:

• Medicare (with a Mental Health Treatment Plan)
• Private Health Insurance
• NDIS (Self or Plan-Managed)
• WorkCover (SIRA) and CTP
• Department of Veterans’ Affairs
• Private Payments

Please note that while we do not offer bulk billing, we aim to keep out-of-pocket expenses as low as possible. For more information on fees and rebates, please contact us or discuss during your booking.

We accept referrals for a variety of mental health concerns, including but not limited to:

• Anxiety, Depression, and Mood Disorders
• Trauma, PTSD, and Complex PTSD

What to Expect After Booking

After booking your appointment, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details. If you’ve booked a Telehealth appointment, we’ll provide instructions on how to join the session securely. Our team will also follow up with any additional information you may need before your session.

Rescheduling
or Cancelling

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid cancellation fees. You can easily manage your appointments through the Halaxy platform or by contacting us directly.
