Who is Couples Therapy For?

Couples therapy is suitable for partners at any stage of their relationship. You don’t need to be in crisis to seek support, many couples attend therapy to strengthen their connection, prepare for life transitions, or improve communication.

Your first session will involve discussing your relationship history, current concerns, and goals for therapy. Both partners will have the opportunity to share their perspectives in a respectful and balanced environment.

From there, your psychologist will guide sessions using evidence-based approaches tailored to your relationship’s needs. The focus is on building insight, improving communication skills, and developing strategies that support long-term change.

Couples therapy is conducted with psychologist, Zahra Hamoud, via secure Telehealth sessions, allowing you to attend from the comfort and privacy of your own home.
